Refund Policy

At Zero Debt Degree, we are confident in the value of our scholarship coaching programs and consultations. Our goal is to provide students with expert guidance and actionable strategies that help maximize their scholarship opportunities.

Coaching Program and 1:1 Consultation Refunds
If you participate in the Zero Debt Degree ME Scholarship Coaching Program or complete your 1:1 Scholarship Planning Consultation and feel the program or session does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first coaching session or consultation date. To be eligible, you must attend the first coaching session or consultation.

To request a refund, please email contact@janeishacambridge.com with your full name, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why the program or consultation did not meet your needs. Refund requests must be made within a 24-hour window starting from the program start date or consultation date. Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval.

Personalized Scholarship List
Please note that the Personalized Scholarship List service is a digital product delivered soon after purchase. Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, the list will be delivered and no refunds will be issued.

  • Participation in any program or consultation does not guarantee scholarship awards. Results depend on your efforts and external scholarship criteria.

     

  • Zero Debt Degree reserves the right to refuse refunds if the refund policy requirements are not met.
